No. You know it's a sensitive subject. I heard about a baker who created a corona virus cream nougat. The reactions were positive but also a bit controversial.

In any case, you should ask staff for approval.

I still advise against it. Changing the name does not alter the parallels to Corona you're drawing.

Your story is still inappropriate as it somehow antagonizes the Chinese couple. However, if you really want to do the episode, make it revolve into a less controversial subject (e.g. Zombie apocalypse)

You can make anything you want in SMBX! But this sort of thing would be best kept to yourself due to the fact that it relates to something serious going on currently.
In other words, make the level / episode, but releasing it? Maybe not such a great idea at this point in time.

Reminder that people have lost friends and family to the disease, and that more will. Making light of this sensitive topic in this manner is just tasteless and disrespectful towards the victims of the disease, and shows a gross misunderstanding of how serious the issue really is. Therefore, please do not make this level.

Also censoring and renaming things in an attempt to distance yourself from directly referencing the disease does not change what I have said.

Also the fact that you even considered doing this can itself be considered morally reprehensible, while a similar logic to NSFW content. I.E: if you have to ask if it is appropriate to make/post a certain piece of content, then the answer is probably no. Hence these kind of questions technically answer themselves.
