Funny moments you experienced in a video game

Not to long ago when I was speedrunning NSMBW, I was at the cannon level in World 1. I did a triple jump to the cannon, but then Mario did a backwords flip under the cannon, and then appeared on top of it. Another funny moment I experienced in this same game was that one shortcut level where you're on this moving platform jumping over lava. I was at the checkpoint in this level, and did a whimpy jump back onto the platform, which I just barely missed and fell in the lava below.

I was playing Mario 2 and picked up a veggie the second I emerged from subspace, causing it to be permanently stuck on Mario's head the entire level.

today, in SMW, in the level before the castle of the second world (after the isle), i had a yoshi, in the near end of the level there is a berry and a multi power-up block, so when i hit the power-up block, i left it bounce once because i wanted a fire flower, then yoshi swallowed the bouncing fire flower AND the berry, as a result, mario's fire flower transform animation kept looping endlessly, i had a good laugh before i restarted the game.

But that's not really possible, at least in the first section, because a pipe blocks the upper half and you have to go through the block maze, if it can be called a maze at all.

I got to the pipe leading to the section of the level with the sinking lava, and then refreshed the shell and flew underneath in the same way you would swim under an underwater level
