Super Mario Expedition

Story
The Kingdom next door is attacked by an unknown, glitchy force. Peach calls Mario to investigate the Kingdom/Kingdoms that are attacked by this force.
Spoiler alert for the Beta Story
Spoiler: show
* Bowser could be the main villain. He's tired of loosing to Mario and being friend zoned by Peach, so he decided to find a way to glitch SMBX and destroy the entire world out of spite. He then wants to rebuild a new world where Peach marries bowser.
* Bowser lies to Mario in World 2 so Mario decides to follow the force that plagues the rest of the worlds.
World 1 Problems: The Kingdom's people are turned into Munchers and Plants. Mario must revive the King in order to turn them back into Toads.
World 3 Problems: The time between seasons is dramatically shortened, to the point where 1 day changes the season.
World 4 Problems: Unknown
World 5 Problems: The world has been retrofired.
World 6 Problems: The timelines in this world keep shifting, creating paradoxes and timeline breaks.
World 7 Problems: Most of the toads died and are haunting the world. Mario must get the stone of life to revive the dead toads.

World 1: Muncher Land

All of World 1 Is complete, the only thing left to do is create a connection to all of these worlds and to polish and bug test.
World 2: Bowser's Land

Most levels in World 2 are not complete due to the issue of difficulty spikes. Due to World 2 being world 8 from SMB3, it's pretty hard to make it fairly difficult. I skipped World 2 to World 3 and decided to order the lands last as it doesn't matter too much.
World 3: Seasons Land

The Spring Time Levels are done. Now working on the Summer Ones.
World 4: Forest Land

More levels are completed, mostly remakes from my other project.

Extra Content
The Mansion of 100 Rooms: Beat this gauntlet, 100 rooms of enemies and no checkpoint. Just one shot to beat them all.
The Challenge Temple: Replay Levels in the Temple but with a twist.
Unlocking Luigi: Beat the game and unlock Luigi. Play as Luigi with alternate level design and collect Green Stars.
Bonus Stages: Beat bonus stages and collect star coins for novelty.

Personal Message
This project is a merge of 2 projects I've been developing. Considering my history of projects like these, I can only hope I ever finish this. Hopefully I can continue having the motivation to make this. Do not expect this to come out any time soon. This isn't something I work on every day so progress is slow. I never promised to make this either to be fair like I did with NSMB DS.

though you can press F12 to get a screenshot and F11 to record a GIF
and in the 8th screenshot, is that a platform beneath the A coin?

I did not know I could do that. Is that a SMBX Feature, if so that's really helpful. Also yes, that platform is covered by water. Hopefully with it being animated it'll be more clear that it's there.
