The ball spawns on top of the NPC and in an inconsistent place between the two directions. Does not look very good since it doesn't appear as if it's coming out, but instead kind of appearing on top of it
So what do you suggest, should i add the smoke effect when it gets shot , move the spawn position a bit higher or?
Well they're obviously not spawned at the correct position so either spawn them right at the top (which could then cause problems though) or render them behind the NPC

Smoke fx would add a lot imo

Not really since the two effects kinda clash together and look like a mess. The bomb also renders on top still and isn't positioned correctly. Furthermore the bomb suddenly stops before it explodes which is really janky. Can't it decelerate at least a little?

Ok so should i remove the effect then?
Also i can make the bomb decelerate , i can render the npc behind the cannon , but i just didnt know if i should do that because im new on making custom npcs and i don't exactly know the exact position so it would look normal but anyways thanks for the feedback.

Because i wanted to make a light effect coming from his eyes but i had no idea on how to do it so i just made them pillowshaded instead.

There are many online resources to help you make a better shading style. It's up to you to look for them, but I think you should check them out.
