I don't think so. The penalty is only incurred if you hadn't submitted prior to the deadline, but the thing is that you've already submitted.

Can we like clean up the participants list to only show bolded names? People who haven't submitted levels aren't participating. If they submit late entries we can just add them back in.

It seems that there are about 30 submitted levels in total. It's not a high amount like from the latest CC level submissions, nor is it low (aka below 20).

Good luck to everyone, and good luck to those who ends up getting top 10 and moving on to round 2.
(I have high doubts that I will reach top 10, but I'm still hoping for "something")
