When Beta 4 comes out, I'm gonna abuse the hell out of those clear pipes. (and so will many other people during the next big level contest, probably)

I've got a question about Wario, but what's the point of his shoulder charge? I've tried hitting enemies, doesn't work, I've also tried hitting breakable blocks, and that doesn't work either.

Wario is very slow cause he is a fat ***. With the mushroom, you can go faster.

im pretty sure with "overworld" they meant an above-ground section of a level and connecting clear pipes through sections

I don't currently have any code to handle warps that lead out of the level, and I'm not sure I have all the hooks necessary to support it. If I do it I want it to be still with instant warps, and me manually doing what the warp would do. I'm not sure I have the hooks needed to do that. Plus multiplayer would be weird.

If memory serves me right, clear pipes never really instant warped you out of a level, and they aren't used to get into different sections. And by different sections, I mean areas that weren't connected.
