No, DON'T use the circle tool. It's a really lazy way of drawing.

Well he could at least learn to draw a circle .This is a poor effort

People are slowly beginning to realize how poorly drawn these were lol, oh well, mario galaxy should start practicing with using shapes and lines for help with drawing.

It was speed art so he intentionally didnt put actual effort into it lul
And i think its pretty good for speed art.
