Anyways. The bug in question is in Timber Tower, basically there are two stars, when there should only be 1. I put one star in the Switch palace part of timber tower (added in 11.0) and I put one by accident close to the small door. I guess that's why you don't do hackintosh. I guess I can continue when I've installed Windows again.

I do not know what's wrong with 3-Castle.. Either I fix it, or don't fix it and discontinue this episode. This episode ISN'T impossible though because when you collect the star, it counts as completed. I'll probably fix it, Anyways I will still try to be active here on the community and play some other episodes, but all of my future work will be on SMWcentral. There's just way more that can be done with SMW. I may still do small projects on here, but no big projects.

Does the episode have a tracker that indicates if you're missing stars in some levels via world map or star hub levels.
If not, do you have a list of which levels and how many stars they have for all the stars in the episode.

Also yeah I just got aware that you could technically just get the stars and not complete the levels afterwards. Maybe put more stars in front of the goal tapes / after the bosses, doubling the amount of stars?

I found a bug (might be code one), played this with patch 1
After jumping to the pit due to bad coin placement, it drags me not to the start point but to where the last autoscroll screen is.

Autoscrolling in this episode has been quite weird to begin with. At some points it works as intended, but at others it doesn't and you can move right ahead a bit and go back. Is this due to the camera?

Almost definitely. autoscroll.lua assumes a 800x600 screen.

Looks like whichever script they're using for the quick reset fails to account for autoscroll.lua

I see these bugs, extremely overlooked, What I will do is remove all of the autoscrolls, The bossfight on 3-castle isn't working.

I have a lot to fix, I will continue fixing until it's all fixed and then discontinue this episode. A lot of the levels are broken as hell, and this episode is now a mess. It feels like every update I make, another bug is added and I do not know why that happens.
Once this is fixed, a new episode will be created and it will be my next project.

I won't reveal too much, but it is a collab.

Well if I have seen a game, every update a new bug. Isn't that why updates come?

Well if I have seen a game, every update a new bug. Isn't that why updates come?

It's not that "every new update produces a new bug". It's that due to the speed of updates, not everything is catched at once, and some things have been reported with a delay after new versions.

Death counter is clearly flawed, it used to work, but when I use it with rooms.lua and it's script it sometimes doubles and sometimes not. It will be removed permanently unless the creator of rooms.lua has fixed the event.

I think it’s fine if you just have something specifying in the game there’s one star per level
