SMBX2.0 Crashes upon loading

Postby thedarkcave215 » Wed Jul 01, 2020 3:35 pm

I'm trying to open SMBX, but it keeps throwing this error at me:

Code: Select all

== Crash Summary ==
LunaLua Version: LUNALUA 9ea2886
Exception Code: 0xc000008f (VB Error)
VB6 Error Code: 9 (Subscript out of range)

== Stack Trace ==
0: 660CE246 (MSVBVM60): rtcDoEvents
1: c:\github_new\lunalua\lunadll\misc\runtimehookcomponents\runtimehookhooks.cpp (1680): RenderWorldHook
2: 008E0880 (smbx): worldLoop
3: 008C16F5 (smbx): Sub_Main
4: 6600A048 (MSVBVM60): EbLoadRunTime
5: 66007B3E (MSVBVM60): BASIC_CLASS_QueryInterface
6: 66003981 (MSVBVM60): ThunRTMain
7: 660036FA (MSVBVM60): ThunRTMain
8: 66003600 (MSVBVM60): ThunRTMain

10: 76ED7C24 (ntdll): RtlGetAppContainerNamedObjectPath
11: 76ED7BF4 (ntdll): RtlGetAppContainerNamedObjectPath
It only happens when I open my episode.
What do I do?

EDIT: It turns out that there were too many tiles on my map. What's the tile limit for .wldx files?
Soon enough, this pandemic will be over. ;)

wldx doesn't work at the moment. The limit is the same as for wld files, 20000: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=2130&p=19064&hilit=world#p19064

Is there a way that I can see how many tiles are on the map?

Does the debugger not display it? (Hoopster Icon)

Thanks, that worked. Turns out that I had way to many water tiles!
