Can someone make the geysers? You should be able to choose the water/sand design to match their respective BGOs. That way it will be pretty easy to do.

If I were to guess, probably. Don't see how you can't make them.

I have no idea how to program AI in LunaLua, let alone design geyser graphics that actually look good.

you could always try the graphic request forum! as for if its possible - i would imagine so. i swear ive seen them somewhere in smbx before anyways... done by someone... my memory is pretty rusty though.

You can easily do that via events :

You can attach a semisolid with a gfx and a water / quicksand box on a layer (by exemple "geyserwater" or "geysersand"), then use events to move the geyser you have placed, no real need of lua for that

You probably would need LunaLua to force upward movement when inside the geyser. Layers and events would be inefficient for this (and probably not possible if the geyser dissappears and reappears as it does in NSMBW/U)

Can you make it for me? I put this post here because the last time I asked for Lua code in gfx request, someone said it didn't belong there.

Yeah you right, this isn't a perfect way to recreate a geyser

Can someone do it for me? I'm planning on recreating NSMBWii 2-1 and NSMBU Waterspout Beach, both of which has these obstacles. The other things these levels contain are much easier to do. 2-1's enemies are all in SMBX: Goombas, koopas, piranha plants, and boomerang bros are all in the game!
And Waterspout Beach's Huckit crabs are basically just stationary smb3 spikes! The only other difficult thing is creating the Clampy that guards a 1-up.
