Re: SMBX 2.0 Open Beta

I'm pretty sure those should be correct. Unless I messed up something during testing.

http://i.imgur.com/V00Z9zY.png I'm starting to consider LunaLua an addictive substance...well, anyway, here's another project I started today Game like that will require some advanced use of tables, I think. Shuffling and remembering where everything is and so on. Looking forward to seeing how that...

Re: Does Anyone Still Use The Legacy Editor?

I have not needed LE anymore, as I figured out couple of tricks for centering sprites on other one, and I can get some really good use of its features now. Stuff like warps and events are way easier to set up on it too.

Re: Trailer of SMBX V2.0

I like how it shows the new characters. We did update some of those a lot for the private beta though. Like couple of them have completely new sprites now. Still very nice.

You can always use the time productively by making levels and or videos. There are many good ways to spend time.

Re: SMBX 2.0 Open Beta

Can somebody explain to me plz how new features are added? If the source files themselves are not being altered, is it .dlls and other files that add lines of code to the game or what. I'm curious as to how (probably already asked this question, dont remember the answer if given). Plan is to keep t...

Re: SMBX 2.0 Open Beta

I'm just happy we got slightly more time to finish the costumes. Most of the leading development team are represented now.

Re: backtobasics

You clearly haven't actually read our guidelines or played any of our levels. Please do so before attacking our movement for no reason. I've been noticing a trend, Marioheads keep civil and calm in discussion while fakers resort to calling us "retarted" or "cancer". That really isn't what Mario is ...

Your guidelines don't really reflect that much do they? I guess we have different ideas what innovative and simpler means.

Re: backtobasics

Redigit was not in the right state of mind Nah, I think it is something else. There are many ways to respectfully design levels, and I don't think the ns. contents of the level are as important as the good intent of making something one finds fun and enjoyable. The joy of level making so to say, an...

Re: backtobasics

I think it would be more respectful towards Miyamoto to not forget all the other series he has helped to make/produce, like The Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Pikmin, EarthBound, Star Fox, Donkey Kong, and anything smash related. Super Smash Bros. actually is a good example of this sort of thing. Ninten...

Re: backtobasics

When Isaac America, founder of Nintendo of America, got involved with Nintendo he put an end to this promotion system. From now on games that Miyamoto worked on without help from third parties will be labled as such while his games are still produced for American audiences. Yeah, it is good to make...
