Actually, original characters can't be modified, since adding more frame or anything else to them could break things that were made in older levels, so yeah, the only solution is using lua scripts. I think it should be indicated that getting a leaf means losing access to the star. And, as I previously said, the leaf doesn't make the section easy enough or the difference in approach different enough to warrant replaying the level without it. well, it's mostly related to his opinion of the level design being repetitive, and I think you don't dignify the oeuvre enough if you impose standards of common SMBX episodes. Insta warps can not end the level last time I checked. I don't currently have any code to handle warps that lead out of the level, and I'm not sure I have all the hooks necessary to support it. If I do it I want it to be still with instant warps, and me manually doing what the warp would do. I'm no...

But what about sections? Let's say you make a clear pipe in the overworld leading to a cave. How would that work? Place an instant warp in each direction and make sure the exit is within section bounds. Insta warps can not end the level last time I checked. im pretty sure with "overworld" they mean...
