Re: The SMBX2 Custom Assets Library

Okay no worries, that means the Code folder is the equivalent to the LUA Scripts and LUA NPCs folders I've made and the other two aren't particularly relevant, although a Chat log could be beneficial. Other than that everything seems to be same across both versions save for name differences.

Re: The SMBX2 Custom Assets Library

Ah okay I see. Well as I said it won't be hard to change, at least now while each section only has a small amount stuff. Also forgot to ask, what are the "Chat", "Code" and "Organization" folders for. I assume the Code folder would be for things like the Source Code, but would that also include cust...

Re: The SMBX2 Custom Assets Library

I might as well show some screenshots of my pack's layout, so I can get some feedback on whether or not it's better than the current layout. https://i.imgur.com/d8d0ufp.png I further split the blocks, bgos, backgrounds, ect. to further categories, including game style. While this makes the file pat...

Re: The SMBX CGFX Pack

Considering uploading my version of the pack to the onedrive, as well as possibly another file hosting service. It's incomplete, but seeing as how a contest is coming up, it would probably be of use. I believe you should still have ability to make edits so feel free to whenever you like. And having...

Re: The SMBX CGFX Pack

Why are all the folders in the GFX pack empty The OneDrive link is outdated, that's why. Where is the newest link The OneDrive link is still usable, it isn't broken. If you use that same link now, you will see some changes that have been made on my end. Until such time as a better fully online opti...

Re: What’s the most interesting project so far!

I think the most interesting S M B X episode in my own opinion would be either:[line] A short episode that isn't a boss rush or A episode inspired from that 1 troll-ish flash game (Y'all know what I'm talking about) i domt like troll level they are always unfair and hard. i think you meen unfair ma...

Right, I found the video, if the creator of this episode is on our forums, you might be able to contact them about the Fuzzy Horde they have used.

Re: Mario 3D land FUZZIES PLEASE!!!

Someone has actually. I just recently saw a level on YouTube that used the Fuzzy Horde across the bottom of the screen. If I can find the level video I watched again, I will link you to it.

Re: SMBX Legacy Source Code

if y'all were in the IRC back in the day you would know full well that was the case lmao too bad this source code is about 4 years too late Yeah unfortunately the IRC wasn't really much of a thing for me back then as opposed to solely the forums. I mean I can't say I know very much in regards to co...

Basically a piece of SMBX history.
Also the ultimate proof that Redigit was drunk when he made SMBX.
At least we can now verify that this was the case.

I honestly never thought we’d actually ever see this. Definitely a surprise to say the least, hopefully it will help with future development of X2 to some degree.

Excellent, can’t wait to check it out. It’s been a long time coming but I’m sure it’s been worth the wait. Kudos to the whole Dev team, you’ve all put in a hell of a lot of work to make this possible.

NSMBX/SMB:Remastered (Original SMBX Successor Beta)

For anyone new to this, please realize that NSMBX/SMB: Remastered is very much incomplete and what I have made available below is a very early beta. Therefore it cannot be used as an alternative any of the current SMBX versions available (X2, 38A etc.) This is simply just a piece of older SMBX histo...

Re: Heavy Fire Bro (lunalua plz)

The Blaze Bros. in my GFX Pack are not up-to-date. They don't actually run via lua scripts, they were made using luna.dll back before we had lua so they may work in SMBX2 but I'm not 100% sure.
