Here's something I noticed while watching some TLou2 gameplay: I'm cool with highly over-exaggerated violence in games like MadWorld, for example, yet I find the "realistic" depiction of violence in a lot of modern Triple A games extremely off putting, in some cases downright gross.
Disregarding Discord for a moment, which is a better platform for community interaction, I personally don't have anything worthwile to add to most discussion on here. Possibly, others users feel a similar way.
YouTube recommendation during Mario Maker 1's pre-release phase. Although I was quite hyped for that game, I didn't have a Wii U at the time (nor do I have one now), so upon 'discovering' this free alternative, I immediately downloaded SMBX.
I like the 3D games for the most part, but I frankly don't care about any 2D Mario after NSMB DS. They're ompetently made, but they reuse the same level gimmicks, world themes and fail to stand out when compared to other modern 2D platformers in general.
