...With that being said, holy s**t, it looks like you took a page out of Super Smash Brothers Brawl's art design book.

The Penguin Suit. It's 3 powerups in one: The Ice Flower, the Frog Suit, and the Blue Shell, but better.
And the powerup sound when you grab the suit... It's odd but fits a penguin well.
