Overall, it's looking good so far. For the most part, the levels seem fairly faithful to their originals. While it's cool to finally see a Boss Bass in action, the one in 3-3 is far too deadly because it jumps too high. The original level rises and sinks, leaving you half the time at the water's sur...

Hi RaccAttacc! The idea sounds good, but we already have an ongoing TI3 project by ShadowStar ... maybe consider checking out that one too? The Invasion 3 has a different goal than this project in that it will be a brand new world map with some Invasion 2 levels recreated and others levels complete...

I found a bug with the Phanto NPC. If a Phanto is placed on a layer that is hidden, then a player picks up a Key (or any NPC that causes the Phanto to pursue), and then the Phanto's layer is revealed, the Phanto will be unable to harm the player. I have only tried this with the standard Phanto though.

Come to think of it, what actually is the point of game overs in smbx? When the game is saved after beating every level, game overs are just a longer, more annoying, death animation. The only thing they've ever done is trash checkpoint progress in a level. Honestly, I tend to prefer disabling lives...

As a fan of DKC2 and a fan of no longer having to create events to spawn then despawn ropes to make this effect, I love these Ghost Ropes. Just their eerie wailing brings back the nostalgic feels.
